Behind the scenes, you’ll find a variety of volunteer organisers from across the continent and beyond, helping to plan and prepare for the largest WordCamp event in Europe!
All of our organisers dedicate their own time and skills to help bring our community together for an amazing few days to learn, collaborate and celebrate.
Lead Organisers
We’ve three dedicated and experienced Lead Organisers who will be overseeing the organisation of our event and supporting our team members.
They are in charge of helping keep everything on track by bringing their own individual touch and their past WordCamp experiences to set the tone and energy for WordCamp Europe 2024.

Our Communications, Marketing & PR Team works closely with all other organising teams to ensure that attendees are kept up-to-date on the latest WordCamp Europe developments via our blog, social channels, and attendee emails. They also work with our partner media organisations to help spread news, information and back-stage activity worldwide.

Our Local Team brings a wealth of knowledge and contacts for Torino, supporting logistics, sourcing local suppliers and venues – but also highlighting some of the sights and history of our host city.

Five For The Future
Five for the Future was launched in 2014 and aims to encourage organisations to contribute five percent of their resources to WordPress development.
This year, WordCamp Europe is launching a special initiative to ensure organisers and volunteers who contribute to the project can be placed in touch with organisations who support the Five for the Future programme. We’ll be announcing more about this initiative later in the year!
